This beautiful sale is packed with incredible European antiques matched with brand new furniture, plus jewelry, high-end firearms, artwork, primitives, collectibles, and lots of golf equipment — including a SkyTrak ST+ golf simulator, a complete turnkey package with projector and a newer high-end Lenovo laptop with the full unlocked simulator software.

Front Dining Room

A freestanding North Shore bar, perfect for any man cave, along with man cave accessories like barware, humidors, cocktail and smoking accessories, and even a jukebox.

Living Room

Converted into the full golf simulator setup, plus our checkout area featuring jewelry, comic books, high-end writing pens, vintage lamps, and our Morgan and Peace silver dollar collection.

Kitchen

Crystal and cut glass, everyday kitchen items (pots, pans, measuring cups, drinking glasses, cutlery, crockpots), vintage glassware, and appliances including griddles, panini makers, SodaStreams, and a fun 1980s Snoopy sno-cone machine.

Kitchen Nook

A beautiful table with four chairs, collectible glassware including 1980s Smurfs and Camp Snoopy collection glasses, plus other antique collectibles including a dining hutch with Fostoria glass and other primitives.

Family Room

Two newer couches and a chair-and-a-half, ready to go for any home, with a matching coffee table, end tables, and artwork throughout. Our client is a local physician who is downsizing, so you’ll also find medical bottles and memorabilia, Denon electronics, and a 70” Vizio smart TV.

Guest Rooms

One is filled with antique furniture, an antique bench, linens, quilts, pillows, and other collectibles. The other has a queen bed with underneath storage, a nightstand, an accessory table, an antique chair, and collectible pieces.

Master Bedroom

A king-size Ashley headboard, footboard, and rails bed with a newer mattress, matching nightstands and dresser, an antique table imported from Europe by our client, a vintage rocking chair, a chaise lounge, and other antiques, collectibles, and luggage.

Master Bath & Closet

Toiletries and medical equipment, plus books, hats, tennis shoes, and assorted men’s clothing in the closet.

Front Office

A credenza, TVs, vinyl records, DVDs, DVD players, vintage VHS tapes, a curio cabinet, and medical art items.

Upstairs

Packed full of toys, a glass-front firearm cabinet, ProForm workout equipment and a weight gym, baby items, and more.

Garage

Holiday decor, tools, a deep freezer, multiple tables and chairs, and primitive Americana collectibles.

• All coin transactions conducted separately to qualify for tax exemption

• This home is under armed staff and 24-hour security. All coins removed from property each evening and will not be left on site

overnight.
